LEXX  4.01:  "Little Blue Planet"

The little blue planet turns out to be Earth. This last season of Lexx takes place entirely on Earth as the show pokes fun at life down here on our little blue planet. Stan initiates first contact with Earth and in a conversation with the President of the United States, determines Earth is a very bad planet that deserves to be blown up. The problem is, the key is still in the possession of Xev.

She decides to spare Earth and wants to go down there to explore the place. 790 identifies Earth as a typical class 13 planet that will soon destroy itself, most likely by collapsing into a pea size particle by scientists trying to determine the mass of the Higgs boson particle.

The president of the US is a puppet of the most powerful man on Earth - the head of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) - who turns out to be Prince. Prince convinces the President the Lexx is a threat to our planet and sends three psychotic killers on the Space Shuttle to kill the crew of the Lexx, but even the Earth's top killers are no match for Kai.

LEXX  4.02:  "Texx Lexx"

As Xev and Kai head toward Earth in a moth, Prince heads toward the Lexx in one of the Space Shuttles. The moth crash lands in Texas separating Xev and Kai. Xev is picked up by a beer guzzling good-ol boy in a pickup truck and taken back to his trailer. Her amorous nature soon has four of the local boys jealous of each other so they settle the matter the Texas way, they kill each other in a good old fashion shoot out. The police do not believe Xev's explanation of events and haul her away to jail.

Kai meets up with a doomsday cult headed by a Dr. Longbore, a scientist reminiscent of Stephen Hawking, complete with wheelchair and mechanical voice amplifier. Like 790, Dr. Longbore is also aware Earth will soon be destroyed by shortsighted scientists trying to learn the mass of the Higgs boson particle. Dr. Longbore enlists Kai's help in assisting him with the group's plan to leave Earth. From Dr. Longbore, Kai learns someone from the Divine Order has been to Earth in the distant past.

Back on the Lexx, Stan is captured by Prince and taken back to ATF headquarters.

LEXX  4.03:  "P4X"

While Stan is in captivity, Prince learns how the key to the Lexx is transferred - upon death. He tests this hypothesis by bringing Stan close to death. The key rejects Prince and instead is passed to a boy who is also a prisoner of Prince. The boy escapes in a moth with intentions of taking the Lexx for himself but is killed in his escape. Once again the key rejects Prince and returns to Stan.

Xev is taken to a Texas women's prison where the prisoners are treated with abject indignity. The daughter of the warden uses the prisoners as sex slaves, subjects of S&M bondage games that are broadcast at night on a bandit website called P4X.

With the help of 790, Kai learns the location of Xev and Stan. He rescues Xev from the hellish Texas prison and the two of them head to Washington DC to get Stan. As hinted at in the previous two episodes, bad carrots (probes sent ahead by an inbound alien asteroid-type spaceship) finally arrive on Earth.

LEXX  4.04:  "Stan Down"

The newly elected President of the US, fake Vietnam war veteran Reginald J. Priest, plots with Stanley to destroy Prince. Priest is to get the exact coordinates of Prince's location and then Stanley will attempt to get the Lexx to fire a small blast at him. Prince is on to their moronic plot and with misinformation the Lexx destroys the city of Orlando. Priest blames the destruction of Orlando on a fictitious renegade Cuban general. In retaliation he orders a nuclear strike on Cuba.

Fed up with their bad luck on Earth, the crew of the Lexx decide to leave Earth, but first Lexx needs to eat. The Lexx wants to eat Holland but Xev refuses to allow Stan to order the Lexx to murder more innocent people. They decide instead to just let the Lexx drift and take their chances.

When Prince learns the Lexx is heading away from Earth he contacts them and attempts to entice them to stay. Prince then turns his attention to President Priest. To teach Priest a lesson, he puts him through a re-enactment of the JFK assassination to remind Priest how easy it would be to kill a President. Priest's wife is killed during the lesson.

LEXX  4.05:  "Xevivor"

Xev Bellringer has become somewhat of a sensation on Earth, the result of her exposure on the bandit website P4X. Now a television production company wants her for a TV show called "Xevivor", a twist on the popular reality show "Survivor". Xevivor will take place on a tropical island where ten virile studs compete in a series of contests until there is a single winner who gets to spend a steamy night of love with Xev while millions watch.

Prince and 790 plot together to get Xev and Stan to participate in the show. 790 convinces Stan he can compete as a wild card. 790's ulterior motive is to get rid of Xev and Stan forever so he can have Kai all to himself; he knows the destructive carrot probes are heading toward the island and will kill everyone.

Back on the Lexx, Kai is contacted by a member of Dr. Longbore's cult. Longbore has uncovered more information concerning the symbol of the Divine Order found in Earth's past. Kai returns to Earth to learn more and fears something terrible has come to Earth.

LEXX  4.06:  "The Rock"

Kai convinces Xev and Stan to go with him to Transylvania where the legend of vampires has been associated with the symbol for the Divine Order. On the way they make a stop at Newfoundland, the country President Priest promised to make Stan King of.

Stan finds Newfoundland is not the green paradise Priest described. Furthermore, there lives in Newfoundland Stan's double, a man named Brud Parsnip, a womanizing rogue, of a fashion, who has made many enemies. Stan, Xev and Kai enter a tavern to get out of the cold, the same tavern where Brud works. The scheming Brud switches identities with Stan and soon Stan is taking a beating for all of Brud's misdeeds while Brud tries to seduce a drunk Xev.

Meanwhile, Kai has found his way to the piano where he plays and sings the only song he knows, "Yo Way Yo". He finishes just in time to rescue Stan from the beating of his life. Together again with Xev and Stan, Kai resumes his journey to Transylvania.

LEXX  4.07:  "Walpurgis Night"

Arriving in Transylvania in time for the festival of Walpurgis Night, Zev and Stan are invited to feast with Count Dracul himself. Kai senses there is a presence nearby, something from the Divine Order greater and darker than a Divine Assassin like himself. While he searches the Castle, Xev and Stan are entertained by Count Dracul and three goth girls.

As creepy as Count Dracul is, Kai suspects he his not the threat he is looking for. Kai finally explains to Xev what he is looking for. He suspects there may be another survivor from the Divine Order similar to himself. A being designed to hunt down and destroy Divine Assassins, a super assassin whose sole purpose was to terminate Divine Assassins like Kai who no longer served the Divine Order. Like Kai, this creature would need protoblood or a cryo-pod to survive.

Unable to find what he was looking for, Kai and Xev leave the Castle. Stan's relations with the goth girls appears to have left him under their spell. They bring him before their Mistress, preserved in a cryo-pod, and Stan promises her all the protoblood she wants.

LEXX  4.08:  "Vlad"

Back on the Lexx now, Stan is still under the spell of the three goth girls. They call to him and against his will he returns to them in a moth. Together all four of them return to the Lexx to steal Kai's protoblood for their mistress. With the help of 790, Kai learns the three goth girls were controlling Stan with a neuro-chemical messenger called parablood which is transferred with a kiss. The presence of parablood in Stanley confirms what Kai has been suspecting all along. Vlad, a Divine Executioner of the Divine Order, is on Earth and has been the source of the Vampire legends.

As Kai puts it himself, if a Divine Assassin is death incarnate, a Divine Executioner is the Apocalypse made flesh and all of Earth is in peril. Kai returns to confront Vlad knowing he has little chance of destroying her. Their fight takes them back to the Lexx. Kai is drained of almost all of his protoblood and Stan and Xev have been bitten by Vlad and are now under her control. At least that is what Vlad believes, but Xev has human blood as well as cluster lizard blood and is able to resist Vlad's control over her. In the nick of time, Xev is able to push Vlad into a cryo-pod and freeze her.

LEXX  4.09:  "Fluff Daddy"

Prince lures Stan down to Earth with the promise of sex with President Priest's new wife Bunny. Bunny is disgusted with Stan and needs help getting in the mood by watching a porn movie. In the movie Stan recognizes Lyekka and sets out to find her.

On the set of Lyekka's new movie, Stan is mistaken for the new fluffer. Prince pulls some strings and soon Stan is the new owner of Huffertainment. Lyekka has no memory of Stan whatsoever but wants him to do her a favor - she wants to make one last adult movie at the White House called, "The Oval Orifice". During a scene between Lyekka and Stan, the key to the Lexx is transferred to Lyekka.

Kai and Xev also return to Earth. Without her knowledge, the cluster lizard in Xev is going through a reproductive cycle. She goes on a killing spree eating her victims. Still trying to convince the crew of the Lexx to remain on Earth, Prince leads Xev to where the real Kai is living as a fanatical method actor. He shows no interest in her at all so Xev eats him as well.

Back on the Lexx, Lyekka has some fun blowing up Venus and Mars. In her ignorance she releases Vlad who immediately kills her. The key is released and enters a moth breeder.

LEXX  4.10:  "Magic Baby"

Without a moth to get back to the Lexx, the crew are stranded on Earth. They are spotted by a man named Uther, a druid worshiper, who claims the ancient druidic writings predicted their arrival when Venus and Mars disappeared from the sky. He promises to take them to a vessel that can return them to the Lexx if they promise to accompany him to the festival of Mulgarath.

They hijack the Space Shuttle and return to the Lexx. Back on the Lexx there is no sign of the key, no way to control the Lexx and Vlad has made slaves of the moth breeders. Unable to control Xev, due to her lizard blood, Vlad kills Xev. Stan insists on freezing Xev in the hopes there may be a way to save her. Once again, Kai is in a battle with Vlad he knows he cannot win.

One of the dying druid worshipers beckons to Stan to use an ancient druidic staff they brought to kill Vlad. Without any options left to them, in desperation Stan attacks Vlad with the staff just as she is about to drain Kai of all his protoblood. The ancient druidic staff appears to posses a power even Vlad cannot defend against. Vlad is destroyed but the key to the Lexx is still missing.

LEXX  4.11:  "A Midsummer's Nightmare"

With Xev now dead, Stan insists on bringing her to the feast of Mulgarath. He remembers Uther telling him the druids at the festival have the power to bring the dead back to life. Kai believes there is no chance for her, the dead are dead, but Stan is willing to try anything.

They arrive in London to attend the feast of Mulgarath. They are recognized from druidic code as being the legendary Dark Man, The Red Fool and The Dead One. The feast is a place of strange magic presided over by Oberon Queen of the Fairies. With a kiss, Oberon brings Xev back to life.

They all soon find themselves in a magical forest where Oberon must quickly find himself a new bride or else he will remain forever wedded to the bearded Titania in drag. Oberon dispenses of Kai easily by turning him into a singing tree then attempts to woo Xev then Stan. With a bit of magic, a jealous Titania deceives Oberon into choosing her, but this time Oberon and Titania will be married forever.

LEXX 4.12:  "Bad Carrot"

Believe it or not, renegade carrots are terrorizing Earth. Actually, in the world of Lexx this is not such a strange thing. The alien carrot probes have become a real problem on Earth. Prince investigates to learn more about this crisis of very bad killer carrots. The carrots enter individuals through the alimentary canal back door and then take over their host body.

Prince returns to the Lexx, with Priest and Bunny, to escape the carrots. He is now ready to leave Earth forever. There is just one problem - where is the key to the Lexx? Priest is infected with a carrot which gets loose and starts ripping everyone a new one.

Now that Prince no longer rules the planet Fire, he is uncertain whether or not he is immortal. Kai suggests he kill Prince to find out. Prince distracts Kai by engaging him in a game of chess. Prince makes Kai a little wager: If Kai wins the game, Prince will see to it Kai's soul is put to rest. If Prince wins the game, Kai has to promise never to kill Prince.

LEXX  4.13:  "769"

Prince and 790 make a deal. 790 will tell Prince where the key to the Lexx is and Prince will help 790 acquire a real body so he can properly love Kai. Since the last person to possess the key was Lyekka and she is not on Earth or the Lexx, 790 concludes she must have been killed by Vlad. The only other living humanoids on the Lexx at the time were the moth breeders, therefore the key must be in one of them. They locate the moth breeder with the key, take him to Earth and then surgically transplant 790's head to it.

In this form 790 prefers to be called 769. Since moth breeders do not have all their parts, there is one more transplant to conduct before 769 is content - a male organ transplant. Once completed,769 immediately returns to the Lexx in a moth to give it to his man Kai.

Prince and Priest return to the Lexx in the Space Shuttle to finally take control of the Lexx. Fed up with all of Prince's evil schemings, Kai kills Prince, but not before they make a pact to continue their chess game in the afterlife.

LEXX  4.14:  "Prime Ridge"

With Prince now dead, the crew decide Earth might be a good place to settle down. 790 locates a place on Earth where it is peaceful and normal, the ideal community. 790 identifies a place called "Prime Ridge", a quaint little suburban community where people live the American dream.

They find their dream home and begin to settle into a normal boring life. Xev gets a job at the local meat packing plant as a stress counselor so she can make men happy. They soon find their perfect little life in the suburbs is a charade, under the surface it is anything but quaint.

Crack-heads break into their house to rob them, the neighbor's daughter tries to seduce Stan, Xev invites a distraught gun-packing worker to her home, and the FBI descends on them. Soon everyone is packing a gun and the bullets start flying. A bloody massacre ensues leaving scores of dead bodies strewn across their immaculate home and finely manicured lawn. In the middle of all the mayhem, two young people find love. Just another normal day in the suburbs.

LEXX  4.15:  "Mort"

Kai, Stan and Xev escape Prime Ridge in the neighbors car. When the car runs out of gas they find themselves stranded in Rimsore, Ohio. They are now suspects in the Prime Ridge murders and the subjects of a massive manhunt. They hide out in a mortuary operated by a creepy man named Mort.

Kai is low on protoblood and is barely able to function. Mort is curious about Kai, especially how he is able to move about after being dead for so long. Mort learns all he can about protoblood in the hopes of reanimating his favorite corpse, Didi, whom he keeps preserved in the freezer.

Desperate to bring his beloved Didi back to life he extracts some protoblood from Kai and injects it into her corpse. She comes back to life, after a fashion, but all she wants to do is kill. With the FBI hot on their tail, Kai, Stan and Xev escape in Mort's hearse.

LEXX  4.16:  "Moss"

The FBI easily hunts down the "Prime Ridge Killers". They are taken to a remote location in Idaho to be executed without a trial. At the last moment, one of the agents turns and murders all the FBI agents instead. The agent who saved them is Moss, working under cover for the AFR (American Freedom Rangers).

Field Commander Moss of the AFR is also a special agent of the FBI. He had a revelation after the Waco Massacre and ever since has decided to fight the Beast from the inside. Moss sees conspiracies everywhere, especially the number of the Beast, 666. Stan promises to help Moss with his little war against the US government and gets him an audience with President Priest.

Arriving at the White House with Stan, Xev and Kai, Moss convinces Priest he is Isambard Prince returned. As head of the ATF, Moss is now the most powerful man on Earth and soon orders the execution of Priest, Kai, Stan and Xev. The execution is interrupted by a rival band of freedom fighters called the AFR-IC (Idaho Convention). These two survivalist groups shoot it out while the prisoners escape in a moth back to the Lexx.

At the White House, the real Prince has been appearing to Priest and Bunny through the television.

LEXX  4.17:  "Dutch Treat"

The Lexx is starving and starting to digest his insides, if he doesn't eat soon he will die. Kai suggests they abandon the Lexx and join Dr. Longbore on his ship the Noah when he departs to find a new planet. They leave the Lexx and head to Texas to join Longbore's group. Kai learns that Dr. Longbore has lost his mind and intends to take only nubile young women whose under garments agree with his nose.

Back at the White House, Prince contacts Priest again through the television and learns from 790 the Lexx is abandoned. Prince orders Priest and Bunny to leave immediately for the Lexx with intentions of commandeering it. Once again the key must be in possession of one of the moth breeders. Priest proceeds to murder all the moth breeders until the key returns to Bunny.

Once Bunny has the key, Prince orders her to tell Lexx to destroy Earth, but first Lexx needs to eat. Prince allows Lexx to eat Holland. Kai, Xev and Stan return to the Lexx in time to, once again, thwart Prince's evil plans.

LEXX  4.18:  "The Game"

Kai intends to crash the television containing Prince into the moon in the hopes it will destroy him or at least trap him there. Prince holds Kai to his promise to finish their game of chess. Now that they are both dead, their game will resume in the afterlife.

Kai has decided to play the game in the Brunnen-G way, in the "Other Zone". The Other Zone is an unstable partial parallel universe of another time and space. With the knowledge he possesses from the Divine Predecessors, Kai locates this zone and sits down with Prince on a cold rocky shore to begin the game.

The game apparatus is an elaborate mechanism complete with the animated heads of many of the characters from past Lexx episodes. These animated chess pieces tease and taunt with each move made by Kai and Prince. As pieces are captured, the heads meet a bloody end. The stakes are high. If Prince wins he will kill Stan and Xev. If Kai wins, Prince will return Kai's living soul to his body.

LEXX  4.19:  "Haley's Comet"

The Lexx and crew are finally headed away from the little blue planet when they encounter a satellite containing four students. They are using the satellite to broadcast their message - protesting the evil corporations destroying the Earth. One of the individuals, Haley, is the daughter of a big fat-cat corporate dude. They used money from her huge trust fund to pay the Russians to send them up in an old space capsule. Now they are asking the Lexx to return them to Earth.

Stan refuses to return to Earth so they do their best to befriend and manipulate Stan and Xev. Their schemings are no match for 790 who sees an opportunity to manipulate them into killing Stan and Xev. Haley learns her friends were no friends at all, they were just using her to get to her trust fund. 790 takes advantage of Haley's naivety and by pressing all the right emotional buttons, turns Haley into a serial killer.

LEXX  4.20:  "Apocalexx Now"

The Lexx and crew encounter the carrot mother ship heading toward Earth. Stan is ready to destroy the carrot ship when out of the blue Lyekka appears. The carrots are a plant lifeform similar to Lyekka. They entered Stan's dream and created a "sister" Lyekka for Stan. Rather than let Lyekka and her carrots devour all of Earth they decide to find the leaders of Earth to negotiate a compromise, to perhaps give Lyekka a fat greasy portion of Earth to eat.

President Priest is scheduled to make a stop in Vietnam to play 18 holes of golf with the newly appointed Pope, the reincarnated Gigerrota. Stan, Xev, Kai and Lyekka arrive in Vietnam to meet President Priest. They discover a bunch POW's locked underground for 30 years.

Released, the POW's immediately resume where they left off 30 years ago - killing Charlie. Soon the place is a war zone. The POW's are all killed only to come back to life again, as young as they were 30 years ago. The POW's are all ghosts, trapped in a time loop forever fighting their patriotic war.

When the imbecilic President Priest is found, he agrees to let Lyekka eat Japanese-Land.

LEXX  4.21:  "Viva Lexx Vegas"

Stan is ready to leave Earth again for good. Since their moth was destroyed in Vietnam they have to wait for the next Space Shuttle. Stan suggests they wait in a nice quiet desert town. Bunny picks Las Vegas. They all check into the King Hut hotel and casino which is ran by the mob.

The owners cousin, Remo, is trying to add a little class to the hotel by bringing in a real mummy from Egypt. For entertainment, Xev participates in a cage fighting contest for women while Stan orders two call girls to his room. The mummy is alive and starts terrorizing the hotel.

This mummy is known to Kai as Drago, a self-important philosopher-poet he killed thousands of years ago in the light universe. Like Kai, this Drago is unkillable. All Kai can do is attempt to drain Drago of his life sustaining fluids. Kai slices at him mercilessly all the while reciting poetry. In the custom of the mob, they bury Drago's body in the desert.

LEXX  4.22:  "Trip"

Back on the Lexx, the crew find sister Lyekka has left them a gift. Two berries for Stan and Xev, described by Lyekka as the rarest and most exquisite delicacy in the Universe, and for Kai she has given a plant that will blossom if sung to. Stan and Xev reluctantly eat the berries.

With Lexx now fed, they head to the nearest life bearing planet. The planet is now a lifeless rock so they head to another life bearing planet. It too is a barren rock. They conclude Lyekka and her carrots must have stripped them bare.

By now the berries are starting to kick in and Stan and Xev start to trip. Kai's plant has a strange affect on him and soon the three are expressing their warm feelings toward each other. Prince appears to Xev and Stan, but is it real or a hallucination. Prince has apparently brought Kai to life which ignites jealousies between the three. Soon Xev and Stan are at each other's throats trying to kill each other.

LEXX  4.23:  "Lyekka vs Japan"

The Lexx heads back to Earth to stop Lyekka before she destroys the entire planet. Stan remains on the Lexx while Kai and Xev head towards Japan. They land on the shore of Japan where a monk is apparently deep in meditation. Kai decides to join him and await for Lyekka's arrival while Xev heads off to join an eastern cult to find true enlightenment within herself. The cult turns out to be a front for a sinister organization - harvesting the internal organs of naive cult members and then selling them to ailing rich westerners.

When Lyekka reaches Japan she is a giant who starts eating and destroying Tokyo, reminiscent of a Godzilla movie, only this Godzilla is sexier. Prince appears on the view screen on the Lexx as a television weather forecaster who is thoroughly enjoying all the destruction on Earth. Kai quickly kills Lyekka with all the skill of a Divine Assassin while Stan destroys the "asteroid with legs" that brought her. Believing they have saved Earth from the alien carrot mother ship, they leave the miserable little blue planet behind once again.

LEXX  4.24:  "Yo Way Yo"

The "asteroid with legs" destroyed by Stan was not the alien mother ship. The real mother ship is twice the size of the moon and is about to hit Earth. Back on the Lexx, Prince appears once again to the crew and informs them he has had a revelation - he now knows who he is, "Death Incarnate". Prince appears whenever death is eminent, but who is about to die?

Stan wants to leave immediately but discovers the Lexx is unable to travel. Lexx is reaching the end of his natural lifespan and is dying. With no other option the crew of the Lexx plans to leave with Dr. Longbore aboard his spaceship the Noah.

Meanwhile, the mother carrot ship has reached Earth and begun devouring it. With the help of Prince, President Priest and Bunny hijack Dr. Longbore's ship and depart Earth. All Dr. Longbore has left behind for his many cult members is a quick death by a super high energy particle collider capable of determining the mass of the Higgs boson particle and subsequently collapsing the Earth into a pea-size particle.

Kai now knows why Prince has appeared to them - he has come to take Kai. As his last act, Kai is going to tow the Higgs boson collider into the asteroid taking him with it as well. Kai and Xev say their last goodbyes and depart Earth. The Lexx is in a feeble condition and does not know who his captain is. 790 takes advantage of Lexx and orders him to destroy Earth. With Earth destroyed the asteroid backs off.

Prince appears to Kai and returns his living soul to him. Kai is finally alive for one last moment as he destroys the asteroid and himself with the Higgs boson collider. The Lexx dies of old age, disintegrating to pieces and leaving in his wake his offspring, Little Lexx. Stan and Xev board Little Lexx to begin a new journey.

And so ends one of the most bizarre science fiction shows our little blue planet has ever known.
